It’s felt like SUCH a long time since I’ve done a shoot just for fun! My job as a wedding photographer is such a creative one anyway, but that doesn’t mean I can’t go the extra mile every now and again!
We wanted to create a look that was full of colour and loads of fun. We see a lot of neutral colour schemes for weddings and whilst they are beautiful, we wanted something that would inspire couples to be brave with their colour scheme! In honour of Valentines Day, our colours of choice were red and pink, with various fun props to match the scheme, such as popcorn boxes, donuts and lots of balloons!
Our gorgeous couple Lydia and Joe from the Lake District did the most spectacular job of ensuring the fun, happy vibe we wanted to create. Our goal was to show how perfection on a wedding day should take a backseat to personality!
